Delete the Unelected Fourth Branch of Government

The unelected Fourth Branch of Government needs to be deleted.  It’s bad enough that Progressive Presidents have appointed Supreme Court Judges that do not follow the Constitution.  They’ve made it into a living document that means nothing.  The unelected Supreme Court has become super legislators.  In doing so, the Supreme Court changed the meaning of the Constitution to something our founders would not recognize and have interpreted the power given to the Legislative Branch way beyond the intent of the Constitution.  The U.S. legislators: U.S. Senate and House Representatives; have made themselves impotent as well, even super Viagra would not help any longer.  Congress has written legislation so broadly that the various appointed agencies that are actually writing the legislation, are running amuck with it.  Congress has literally transferred nearly all the power from itself to the Executive Branch by forming various agencies to interpret legislation.  In addition to interpreting legislation, all the various agencies have been writing legislation through regulations.  The department heads of these various agencies are appointed by the President.  President Obama has appointed heads of these agencies – those who will help him transport America into his Socialist crony Capitalist dictator’s dream.  Everything is being regulated in a manner to shut down America from energy, transportation, food, water, commodities, your speech and the air we breathe.  The regulation of carbon dioxide to carry out the international green scheme will be the end of America if something isn’t done to stop the Fourth Branch of Government along with President Obama.  The dollar will collapse; there’ll be a new world order at the expense of the U.S.  The Marxist, the Communist, the Socialist and the crony Capitalist will be happy.  The pure Capitalist and those who love freedom will be unhappy.  America will be transformed mainly through the work of the Fourth Branch of the Government.  The Fourth Branch of the Government needs to be shut down; the power needs to be given back to Congress, the states, and the people in order to preserve freedom.  Most of those who are in favor of the control are not fully aware of the sad history of dictators, Fascism and Communism. Hopefully, the majority of Americans will know before the 2012 election.
